2. Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for collecting data on this website?
Data on this website is processed by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us - for example, data you enter into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically, or with your consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data such as your browser, operating system, or the time of the page view.
3. Firebase hosting & web services
We host our website with Firebase (a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To deliver the pages, Firebase records access data (IP address and connection data). This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the purpose of network security and reliable page delivery.
4. TabzyAI & data security
For our AI analysis services (TabzyAI) we use a secured, self-hosted AI instance. No personal guest data or payment histories are passed to unauthorised third parties or advertising networks. Z-reports and menu scans remain within the restaurant operator's secured, password-protected cloud environment.
5. Cookies, Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, both services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use them to analyse in aggregated form how our pages are used, in order to improve them.
Legal basis and consent: These services are only loaded, and only set cookies, once you have explicitly agreed in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Until you consent, all consent signals (Google Consent Mode v2) are set to "denied", so no analytics cookies are stored.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. On withdrawal, the analytics cookies that were set are deleted.
Cookies used:
- _ga - distinguishes visitors by means of a randomly assigned identifier, lifetime up to 13 months.
- _ga_V7EXGQXEW5 - persists session state for Google Analytics, lifetime up to 13 months.
Transfer to third countries: When Google services are used, personal data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your IP address is processed in truncated form by Google Analytics 4 and is not stored permanently.

6. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request that this data be corrected or deleted. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
